This website (timeklife.com) is the portfolio of Piotr Tymosiak, operating under the Timek Life brand. Below you will find what data I collect, why, and what rights you have.
1. Data controller

2. What data I collect and why
Email contact - if you write to timek@timeklife.com, I process your email address, name and the content of your message in order to reply and possibly agree on terms of cooperation. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (contact and pre-contractual steps, legitimate interest). The site has no contact form - you share data voluntarily by writing directly.
Statistics and analytics (Google Analytics 4) - only if you give consent in the cookie banner. Data is collected in aggregate form (e.g. number of visits, traffic sources, pages viewed) so I can improve the site. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and Art. 173 of the Polish Telecommunications Act.
Server logs - the hosting provider automatically records your IP address, date and time of request and browser type, for security and diagnostics. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
3. Cookies and similar technologies
Essential (browser storage, localStorage) - remember your language choice (tlLang) and your cookie decision (tlConsent). They always work and need no consent, as the site would not function correctly without them.
Analytics (Google Analytics: _ga, _ga_*) - set ONLY after you click "Accept" in the banner. Until then Google Analytics runs in cookieless mode (Consent Mode v2) and stores no identifiers on your device.
Video (Vimeo) - videos are embedded from the Vimeo player in "do not track" (dnt) mode, which sets no tracking cookies.
4. Who I share data with (recipients)
Google Ireland / Google LLC - Google Analytics and Google Fonts (fonts loaded from Google servers).
Indian Type Foundry (Fontshare) - fonts loaded from api.fontshare.com.
Vimeo - video player (dnt mode).
Hosting provider - storage of the site and server logs.
Some of these (e.g. Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area (USA), based on the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses and the Data Privacy Framework, ensuring an adequate level of protection.
5. How long I keep data
I keep email correspondence for as long as needed to handle the matter and for the period of limitation of any potential claims.
Analytics data in Google Analytics is retained according to the property settings (by default up to 14 months), in aggregate form.
6. Your rights
You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, object, data portability and - regarding consent - withdraw it at any time (without affecting processing before withdrawal).
